    FOOD REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

    Food safety first — if anything about your food seems off (under cooked, cold when it shouldn't be, or just not right), tell us immediately.

     

    • Wrong item — wrong hot dog toppings, wrong nacho order, or wrong drink? We'll fix it or refund the difference right away.

    • Quality guarantee — not happy with how your hot dog, nachos, or snack tastes or was prepared? Let us know before you finish it and we'll make it right.

    • Unopened packaged items — unopened candy or unexpired bottled drinks can be exchanged same-day if there's a problem.

    • No refunds on — food that's been fully eaten, or nacho/candy items left out too long and gone stale or melted, unless it was a prep or quality issue on our end.

    • Allergies & dietary concerns — let us know before ordering. If we made an error on an allergy request, we'll remake the item or refund it immediately.

    • How to request — talk to staff at the register while you're still at the stand. Refunds and remakes are handled immediately.

    • Time limit — all requests must be made the same day, before the stand closes.

    Products and Services

    JnJ 3 Oaks Events LLC provides concession food, beverages, dirty sodas, dirty energy drinks, and other products as described on our website, at our concession stand, or at events.

    We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, prices, and availability are accurate. Products and flavors may change or become unavailable without notice.

    Prices and Payment

    All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

    Applicable sales taxes and other required fees may be added to purchases.

    We accept the payment methods displayed at the time of purchase. Payment must be completed before an order is prepared or provided unless otherwise agreed upon.

    Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

    Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to milk, eggs, wheat, soy, nuts, and other ingredients.

    Because our food and beverages may be prepared in an environment where allergens are present, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens or cross-contact.

    Customers are responsible for informing us of known allergies or dietary restrictions before placing an order. If you have a severe food allergy, please speak with a member of our staff before ordering.

    Order Accuracy

    Customers are responsible for reviewing their order before leaving the concession stand or accepting delivery.

    If we make an error with your order, please notify us as soon as possible so we can work with you to correct the issue.

    Refunds and Exchanges

    Because many of our products are prepared food and beverages, all sales are generally final.

    If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible. At our discretion, we may provide a replacement, correction, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

    Refunds are not guaranteed for products that have been consumed, altered, damaged, or improperly stored after purchase.

    Event and Large Orders

    For large orders, parties, private events, school events, tournaments, or other special events, additional terms may apply.

    Any required deposit, cancellation policy, minimum order, delivery fee, setup fee, or other event-specific requirement will be communicated to the customer before the order is finalized.

    Availability

    We reserve the right to limit quantities, substitute products or flavors, or discontinue products at any time.

    Certain products may only be available at specific events or locations.

    Customer Conduct

    We are committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for our customers and employees.

    We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who engages in threatening, abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior, to the extent permitted by law.

    Limitation of Liability

    To the extent permitted by applicable law, JnJ 3 Oaks Events is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

    Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

    Changes to These Terms

    We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any updated version will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.

    Your continued use of our website or purchase of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions to the extent permitted by law.

    Governing Law

    These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the state where JnJ 3 Oaks Events LLC operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
